Brian Smith, the other half of this dynamic and respected Husband and Wife Real Estate Team, is a California native, where he achieved his Bachelor's and Masters Degrees, as well as teaching credentials. He taught at Middle Schools and Community Colleges, and is currently a "Master Instructor" for all approved Department of Real Estate classes. Brian also presided over Mortgage Lending as a Vice President for two U.S. banks.
